The Italia Ice Cream Building features a modern organic design with curved forms and detailed geometric patterns—one of the most challenging facade types to produce in GFRC. Nubin Factory engineered and delivered the full cladding system with precise shop drawings and carefully planned joints that do not interrupt the architectural flow.
A key strength of this project was Nubin’s special mold-manufacturing technology, which allowed us to produce very large and highly complex GFRC panels, including curved corners and deep patterned surfaces. Our advanced mold systems ensured perfect accuracy, smooth finishes, and consistent quality across all panels.
Using our hidden, waterproof joint system and the expertise of our engineering and installation teams, Nubin achieved a seamless, modern facade that reflects exceptional craftsmanship and technical capability.
