Project Overview
Dixos Tower is an 11-floor motel/hotel building finished entirely with GFRC panels manufactured by Nubin Factory. Using our advanced mold-making technology, we produced large one-piece balcony covers, oversized arched window frames, and other special classical elements with exceptional accuracy.
The project follows the same premium GFRC façade standards seen in our other works, such as the building shown here, featuring sharp lines, smooth surfaces, and elegant balcony detailing.
Our engineering team prepared detailed shop drawings and a clean joint-division strategy, supported by Nubin’s hidden waterproof joint system. The result is a seamless classical facade with excellent surface quality, durability, and accurate alignment across all elevations.
