This classic luxury villa in Erbil was designed, manufactured, and installed by Nubin Company using high-quality GRC façade elements, creating a timeless architectural appearance.
The façade design features rich classical architectural elements, including decorative GRC cornices, Abbasi-style arched windows, round columns, and a central GRC dome that forms the main focal point of the villa and enhances its monumental character.
Special decorative GRC patterns were also designed for the two architectural towers, which serve as decorative elements framing the corridor that leads to the main entrance, creating a strong visual axis and adding depth and prestige to the architectural composition.
Through advanced mold engineering and precise manufacturing techniques, Nubin successfully produced large architectural elements with smooth surfaces, clean architectural joints, and refined decorative details, demonstrating the flexibility and strength of GRC in complex classical designs.
