Bakhtyary Tower is a 30-story modern residential building,fully enhanced with high-quality GRP manufactured by Nubin Factory.
The tower features elegant vertical anti-fair(UV) GRP boxes running across the window elevations, adding modern character and visual depth to the façade.
In addition, the two-floor parking podium is covered with large anti-fire (UV) GRP patterned panels, engineered and produced using Nubin’s advanced manufacturing techniques. These oversized GRP panels require precision molds, strong structural reinforcement, and expert curing systems—areas where our factory’s technology and experience ensure excellent performance.
