Project Overview
Phoenix Tower features a refined semi-classic design that required precise and complex GFRC work across 14 stories. Nubin Factory delivered the full facade using advanced shop drawings, smart joint divisions, and our specialized joint system that keeps all silicone fully hidden and waterproof.
The project included manufacturing very large GFRC panels, including tall columns and curved arch windows, all produced with high-standard molds and strict quality control. With skilled engineering, production, and installation teams, Nubin achieved a seamless, elegant facade that perfectly matches the architectural vision.
