Project Overview

This luxury new-classical hotel in Najaf was fully designed and executed by Nubin Company using advanced GRP façade systems, delivering a refined architectural identity that combines elegance with modern performance.

The façade features a rich composition of arched window surrounds, decorative frames, pilasters, column elements, entablature lines, and large cornices, carefully proportioned to create a balanced, prestigious, and timeless appearance. The central vertical axis with grand arched openings enhances the building’s presence, while continuous cornice lines clearly define each floor level.

Using advanced mold technology and specialized manufacturing techniques, Nubin achieved smooth surfaces, sharp profiles, and clean architectural joints, ensuring high-quality finishing and long-term durability.

GRP was selected for this project due to its lightweight structure, flame-retardant properties, UV resistance, and waterproof performance, making it an ideal solution for durable and high-performance façades.

To ensure long-term stability, Nubin applies advanced resin–gelcoat systems with stabilizing additives and controlled curing, minimizing thermal movement and maintaining consistent surface quality.

With Nubin, architectural design is delivered with precision, durability, and premium quality.
