Project Overview
The Aram City VIP Villas project consists of a collection of luxury residential villas in Erbil, Kurdistan, with the architectural façade fully designed and executed using GRC elements manufactured by Nubin Company.
Each villa is designed with two floors and elegant classical architectural features, including curved window frames, decorative cornices, and detailed façade elements. One of the distinctive aspects of this project is the large GRC panels and one-piece curved window elements manufactured without visible joints, demonstrating the capability and precision of Nubin’s advanced molding and production systems.
The use of GRC allowed the realization of fine architectural details, smooth curves, and durable façade elements, while maintaining long-term strength, weather resistance, and high-quality finishing.
